What is CourierSet?
CourierSet is a Points community where members carry things for one another. Send parcels, carry them, or both, with live tracking, a Points wallet and native apps for iOS and Android. Bikes, cars, vans and trucks: your shipment, your offer.
How do Points work?
You decide how many Points the delivery is worth to you. CourierSet doesn't set the price. You do.
Someone already heading that way sees your offer and decides, freely, whether to carry it.
The moment you confirm it arrived, your Points move to the person who carried it. Not before.
Can I cash out Points?
Points move between members: you receive them for carrying something for someone else. When it's running, new members also get a welcome bonus of Points to start with. Either way, Points are never cashed out, only spent on your own requests.
Who carries my parcel?
Someone already heading that way sees your offer and decides, freely, whether to carry it.
Couriers are KYC-verified, and every delivery is protected by proof, ratings and a visible dispute process.
How do I follow a delivery?
Watch your delivery move on the map in real time, and share a live tracking link with anyone.
What can I send?
From an envelope to a pallet.

How do I become a courier?
A trip you're already making, and the Points a member offered for what they need moved.
Every request shows its Points offer up front. Take the ones worth your trip. Nobody assigns you anything.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If something went wrong with a delivery — a parcel arrived damaged, a pickup didn't happen, or the two sides disagree on what happened — open a dispute from the order screen and add any evidence (photos, messages). Our team reviews the case, and both sides can appeal the decision.
Can I rent or offer storage space?
A garage you don't use, a dry basement, a few pallet places or a corner of a cold store: offer it to other members, or find a place for your goods near you — and pay with Points.
Is there an app?
Book, track and drive from a native app for iOS and Android, not just the browser.
I forgot my password. What now?
Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. We'll send you a link that opens the CourierSet website, where you can set a new password. The link is only valid for a limited time; if it has expired, simply request a new one.
